One- Sentence Journal: 2/8/2011

I overcooked the dried red kidney beans.  Again.  This time, they are going to be reincarnated as veggie burgers.

    At least they won't go to waste! I don't mind if they are a bit over-soft anyway, especially for burritos or mixed with rice.
